Who you are contracting with
Panther Platforms is operated by Panther Platforms LLC, a Georgia limited liability company. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “Panther” mean Panther Platforms LLC.
The service
Panther Platforms LLC provides market intelligence, CRM, and compliance software to contractor businesses on a subscription basis.
Subscription & billing
Plans are billed per the selected term (see Pricing). Founding-member rates are locked for the agreed term. Early termination and refunds follow the signed agreement.
Your data
You own your data. We access it only to operate and support the service. You may export it and request deletion, subject to legal retention of certain financial records.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, attempt to breach isolation between organizations, or use it to violate the law or third-party terms (including data sources).
