What is Early Access?

A list. You tell us how to reach you, and we tell you when Panther is far enough along to use. There is no payment, no account created and no obligation either way.

How is the Founding 40 different?

The Founding 40 is a small group of contractors we work with closely during development — early access when it is ready, direct input on priorities, and a short line to the team. Joining the Early Access list does not guarantee a place in it; we will be choosing a group we can genuinely support.

Do Founding 40 members pay less?

No. They pay the same planned price as everyone else when paid access begins. What is different is the access and the influence, not the invoice.

What does 'three Market states' mean?

Market watches builder activity by geography. Under the planned base offering you choose three states for it to track for you. Regional and National widen that; their pricing is not set.

How much does Market actually cover today?

Panther tracks 13,995 communities across 761 counties in 49 states. It lists 356 builders, re-reads 82 of them every week, and has formally verified 9 against federal filings. Those are three different numbers and we keep them apart rather than quoting the largest.

When does Panther launch?

We are not giving a date. Panther is in development, and a launch date published before it is real is a promise to break. Join Early Access and you will hear when it is close.
